Each of the tactics were made with mid table sides in mind. Roles are relatively simple and easy to implement. Things to look for in players are determination, team work and work rate. The rest is all just a bonus.
The first of these sets of tactics I have named GENOM. Is a 4-4-2/4-1-4-1 set that can be used interchangeably depending on what you need in a given situation.
The 4-1-4-1 is intended to be used in situations where you need a bit more control of the game or you are facing better teams.
The 4-4-2 or rather the 4-4-1-1 is intended as an attacking tactic when you have the upper hand.
These tactics can be used interchangeably if you want to hold on to a lead or you need to attach better. I have tested this set in the MLS with Philadelphia for half a season most recently and it got me top of the league without buying a single player.
The set regularly gives 60% possession and it creates a lot of chances. But the most important thing in my mind is the fact that it minimises the attacking threat of opponents.
Hope this set works for you, please tell me in the comments if it did. This is my first post here so cross your fingers it all goes well!
Thank you for your time!
