Play will be focused in the middle of the field with Complete Wing Backs offering a wide option if needed. An Advanced Playmaker (attack) will help get the ball up the field and together with either a Complete Forward (support) or Deep Lying Forward (support) will provide the main links between midfield and attack.
I'd advise training your midfielders to develop the 'Tries Killer Balls Often' trait to create more chances and at least one midfielder in your starting eleven should have 'Likes To Switch Ball To Other Flank'. All midfielders should be good tacklers and passers especially and good long shots will also be a huge boost. Valverde got 20 goals last season as an Advanced Playmaker.
Whilst obviously not bulletproof,
I have just completed a season unbeaten with a current unbeaten run of 45 league games
Still no Champions League win though,
(Thanks for that, Valverde)
But oh well. Enjoy the tactic, guys.
