FM19 - Making a Manager - 06 - Semi-Pro Player Recruitment

I will create more of these type of tutorials/guides as the save progresses. The purpose of this one was to give you a general look at things in this front, with a specific eye run over the semi-professional/amateur side of things. I will be looking more at how professional clubs should manage recruitment & (particularly) contracts in future tutorials, with a focus placed on negotiating contracts for players currently at your club, how to create shortlists for the upcoming transfer windows & more.
