FM21 Better Crowd Colors

• Added realistic skin tones and hair colors
• Added realistic pant colors
• Added realistic shirt colors
• Removed duplicate colors, added more shirt colors and shades

Extract zip in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\textures folder. Doesn't need a new save, but you have to close FM21 and restart for it to apply.
