For those unaware, the potential of a player in FM21 is defined by their PA value, or Potential Ability. It goes from 1-200. A lot of players have a fixed value, for example Mason Greenwood's PA is a fixed value of 172, meaning this will be his potential every single game. However, for example, Erling Haaland has a PA range of -95 (don't ask, it's what SI named it), which means his potential will vary from 160 to 190 in every new game. This means that sometimes he a good player for most top European sides (160), but other times he's a near-guarenteed Ballon d'Or winner (190).
This database makes it so that every player with a fixed value, gets a PA range, matching somewhat to their fixed value. For example:
Mason Greenwood: Fixed PA: 172 - New PA Range: 160-190
Ethan Ampadu: Fixed PA: 157 - New PA Range: 140-170
Japhet Tanganga: Fixed PA: 146 - New PA Range: 130-160
And so on, so forth :-)
Also, this is a .fmf file. This means that it goes into your "editor data" folder, which is usually located at "\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\editor data", or whereever you've chosen to place your user data. But if you've placed in at a non-default location, you probably don't need me to explain this to you. You also must start a new game to select this file and use, it won't work on existing savegames.
This will add a bit more variety to your save games, and hopefilly make scouting the next superstar a little more fun!

@toni2244: Of course, an update will also come after the final patch :-)
I would like a file like this with the PA fixed to the maximum of players, without the variable just like mason greenwood, and so bad when we started a career and our favorite players left with low potential
And it is indeed a .fmf file yes, perhaps I should add that, so you'd have to start a new save :-)
This seems like a FMF file, so I'm guessing it wont be working with a concurrent save, and should be placed in the data folder when making a new save. I'm not gonna try it for now (since I'm not making a new save,) but it sounds interesting. Anyhow, you should proberbly make it more clear, how to apply it.
