Yes, the CA/PA file is a new file beside the others. If you don't want this file, simply don't choose it when you start a new game.

How to install this data update to FM 2021
- Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip.
- Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder, to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2021 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "21.4.0 Update" database and select my files.
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

Next release date: 25 March
FMTU will be updated soon with the most recent database. That means, there aren't any transfers included in this pack. The purpose of the pack, is to have the add-ons (new leagues/staff/players) fully functional & updated with the latest 21.4 patch.
@Raj Boruah & @zayaanbk the reason why I didn't inlcude the file, is ATK Mohun Bagan. The game wrongly has ATK as the new club and Mohun as the extinct club. When in my eyes, it's the exact opposite. Once the 2nd part of the winter patch is out and I can transfer all players and staff from ATK to ATK Mohun Bagan, I will include again the Indian file.

I wanted to use some of your leagues in the packs but they are not verifed with the latest update, I was wondering when it will be out
@DRMoreira04 & dav_sc14 if you want to provide transfers from there in FMTU, I don't say that I won't check them. But personally I won't update them, Europe comes first, sorry
Can you tell me @pr0 if you are going to touch the South American leagues? Paraguayan, Peruvian, Ecuadorian, etc.
