How to install this data update to FM 2023
- Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip.
- Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder, to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2023 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "23.4.0 Update" database & select all my files.
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

when you start a new game do you only have 26 editor data files chosen?
because if you have one that isnt in the 26 fm23 data files and you have a random one is probably that whats causing you the problem

EDIT: just checked, he has 0 on determination. That means he will get a random number from 1-20 every new game you make.

I'm playing as Al-Hilal. The president changed in January through elections. During January and February he was still covering every expense because the club was losing like 20M per month. Suddenly in March this stopped. I have lost money for the past 2 months, and there doesnt seem to be an end to this...
Is this supposed to happen? If not, do you know a fix, or do I just have to leave because every saudi club will go bankrupt?
There must be an error in the FM23 Promotions-Relegations file
I got an error every time I put the file in the editor data folder
When I dont use it its all fine?
I tryed delete all my files and only use the promotions file and gets the error when loading a new season
anyone else than me got that error?

A short look at Garnacho`s stats on whoscored.com shows he has a rating of 6.13. Thats very, very bad. Of all the ManU players he is on the 18. place in performance this season. https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/32/Show/England-Manchester-United
He`s CA is 137 or 138, PA -9. Thats very good. If you increase the CA he will be on the level of Mitoma or Eze. Garnacho is not that good. He does not deserve a buff in my opinion.
