I had a Serie A save on FM23 for the first time and really liked having a large bench. This was partially because I save my team into two elevens, and this allows me to have my teamsheets setup with another eleven on the bench. Normally I do 3 defenders, 3 midfielders, and 3 attackers. I wanted to bring that to the Premier League, so I increased the bench to 11 players. The substitution rules are "5 from 11 in 3 stops" with "+1 ET" selected if it was included in the default rule. The Community Shield's default substitution rule is "6 from 9," so I set it to "6 from 11." I like this the most, but if others don't like it then I'm willing to update it.
I applied this to the Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, EFL Trophy, and Community Shield. If there are any issues or anything you want me to add, let me know.

UPDATED 11 December 2023 – Fixed FA Cup rules, should be good now. Sorry about that
UPDATED 22 March 2024 -- Sorry for the wait, I had to remake the file and just haven't been motivated. I'm also posting this right after making it so I haven't played with it yet, but I did make a save and all the substitution rules for each stage of every competition I changed are correct. So it SHOULD be fine, but let me know if not
Reuploaded again to fix the EFL Trophy
