How FM+ works
FM+ now uses exports made from Football Manager instead of directly reading the FM process Memory (like older FM+ versions did).
This might seem a bit more complex at first, but it comes with a lot of benefits compared to "reading from memory":
- All players are available, also those who became Player/Staff
- FM+ will keep working after FM has been patched, no update to FM+ needed
- No-Cheat tool, FM+ is purely based on what you can 'see' as a player
- A lot more stats accessible for FM+ to make the tool even more immersive and useful
- FM+ is no longer dependent on the work of others or on the memory structure of FM
However a "quick load" option might be added in the near feature, now that it has been announced that there will come an updated version of the component that can read directly from memory

Supported FM Languages
Since FM+ now uses exports to show you the data (explained above), the language in which your FM is set is now important.

Nothing is free in this world everything has a value.
Would you go to work and say to your boss I'll do this job for nothing because your time is worthless and are you saying SI Games should write a Football Management game and give it to you for nothing because their time is worthless as well. NO is the answer because this is the real world where like I said EVERYTHING has a value. If you don't agree in paying for this program then don't buy it because no one is forcing you too and get off your soapbox saying people shouldn't earn a living because lets face it it has absolutely nothing to do with you what people wants to charge for something.
Yes FM Genie Scout is free but only for basic tasks but you have to pay for more complete use of it. So its the same with this great piece of software where you can use it for basic things but if you want a more comprehensive use of this program then theres nothing wrong with a programmer asking for a little bit of money.
I think you need to start showing a bit of respect to people who make the effort to make Football Manager easier for people so if you don't want to pay for it then don't and there's no need to make stupid comments like "Money Trap".

All while investing 4 digit numbers of your own money upfront in software, licenses, graphics, webspace, domain name, certificates.
And then taking a dig at someone who asks a few euros for his tool, and spend that tiny bit of free time he has left offering support and even helping people who are stuck on their own fault.
Good on you boy to come here, hope you can have some success on your own in your own area of hobby
Fix where seasons stats could cause rare crash on loading export
3 is the first teams average
all the rest are offsets of that, just like ingame, almost the same margins, with difference that stars in FM+ are a lot less volatile and more trustworthy (one single mathematics formula, no staff opinion, stats, mood, form, ...)

- Fix for 'access denied' error
- Better national pool detection (like england no longer showing as man city)
difference is big, the CA stars are calculated almost the same as the game (without the staff influence offcourse, so more objective) - so raw CA and than modified to how good the role fits, the old tool was purely based on the role attributes. The tool has improved in all area's, the old one was a little hobby project that was uploaded to share, this tool is more mature in all areas.
Potential is calculated based on age, determination, personality, current CA
