Inactive members cleanup

Due to many site members being inactive for too long, we decided to act and delete all those inactive accounts. As a result, members who did not log in to the site during the last 12 months have been removed.

Back in the day we had made downloads available to members only for 3 days. During those days thousand people registered merely to download and never come back. We had also faced a problem with bouncing confirmation emails. Both reasons resulted in inactive members.

We don't want that. We rather see memberships decrease to less than 2k than have 3,5k ghosts. This is a step forward for us in an effort to shape a solid community with strictly active members who are here to join the talk and contribute.
