1. Download the .rar file from the link

2. unrar into documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\skins

3. goto preferences and untick "use skin cache to decrease page loading times" and tick "reload skin on confirm"

4. enjoy

No no instant result just yet, still learning to make skins. Might make player pics a bit bigger as well for an updated version in the future
