The tactic is all about possession play with short passes and passes in space which will give the final touch in finishing movements.
Because this is fairly narrow mentality tactic, Run at defense will give the extra touch on unpredictability and stabilize tactic with stubborn defenses.
It is about wing play on both sides and wings are the main attacking and chance creating mechanics of your team. Also player roles are maximum balanced giving this tactic a boost! Counter attacking play is also provided,this is by far the most complete tactic that I ever made!
If you want control with good creation of clear cut chances, this is the tactic for you. It's a pass and move tactic with occasionally running wit the ball movement.
The lone striker is a special player and he will score lots of goals; my young striker Jovic scored 36 goals during the first season!

This tactic has been tested with Red Star Belgrade (League win and cup win), Schalke 04 (League win), PSG (4 trophies in first season Champions league, Ligue 1, cup and community cup).

ssjstexx Than I am happy becouse I managed them to play practicly two way in attack they keep the ball when they move in the opposition area and when we are deffending we exploit quik counter attack play with some direct passes from dlp and running with the ball with wings so its if you want two way smart attacking and counter att.football that is working awsome!!Thanky for your feedback!

Balanced aprouch on HIGH and now look I keep match prep on 30 procent but I keep it all the time on team work during season but when scout raport comes 3 days before match I set it up on att movement or depending on ooposition deff.positioning so my players are basicly working balance,teamwork on days in the middle and 3 days match prep att movement!Hope you understand what I am talking about!
ssjstexx I never try this tactic with lower ligue teams everything is set up to create perfect balance and I wouldn advise changing anything ,you must have players capable of playing this possesion counter attacking football so if you dont have them offcourse they will not produce,as individual training set them to train roles as they are in the tactic,opposition istructions have assistant manager with good tactic knowlege and scouting atributes and than you are safe he will give good instructions,prematch prep. listen what your assistant manager says should you go att.movement or something else just use your common sense about the matsh prep.If you are playing tough away games deff.positioning is a choise to take.Player Rotariu,Balanta ,Lucas romero,Gil Romero,Aleksandar Mitrovic,in the middle look for creativity on the wings fast and good dribbling skils will help.

mgriffin2012 I wouldnt change a thing becouse as I said this is maximum balanced tactic with mentality,shape,and individual instructions given.Just sign players capable of roles given and find good assi.man.to do your opposition instr.
And give tactic time and players to learn it.Try to keep them happy,do the right team talks,many things in this game is about managing yout team ,tactic works great but man managing training and everything outside of tactic itself must manage good so everything fits in.Hope I helped so tell me how you are doing after season.Good Luck!
