Not exactly it is not Mind Compression, but an independent coder who wants to pay homage to those who have been helping manager-online.fr some years now.
The software is similar to FM Modifier: it allows you to edit data in real time on a part in progress.
The program has proved to be even more complete on certain aspects (place of birth, sale value, etc).
This software is created by Liulegend from manager-online.fr and this is version 8.0.1.1, which is compatible with patch 8.0.1.

How to use it:
1. Open FM 2008 and load your game
2. Open MCFM
3. Select Load FM 2008 from the top left, and once your data is loaded, search and modify the players of your choice

I tried runnin it in safe mode and I get the same error
