Hi guys,
It was great that I have made my first tactics.
So here is the table after winning the League 1:

I admit that the cup is a more difficult competition than the league itself, especially in lower leagues, but at least we won the league by a big margin from the 2nd.
OK the first tactic that I use is 4-2-3-1 wide.
It is a regular tactic. Let's see the instructions:

I preferred to play wide with shorter passing because it's really helpful when it's raining. I cannot imagine what would happen if I was to play narrow and try to focus on keeping possession... possibly it would fall apart when the weather would be rain or snow...
For the secondary / away tactic, I like to use 4-1-1-4 DM asymmetric:

The reason why I chose these tactics is because I was trying to avoid conceding many goals while playing away from home. Which is also why I have used a holding midfielder; as you can see Dele Alli is the man, he was not bad at all while defending and good for support duties.
OK, here are the instructions:

Again I was trying to play wider, but this time Be More Disciplined was the key because every single position has a duty & I wanted to play safe. The attacking player have to score & the defensive players have to try and keep a clean sheet.
Now here are the results after one season:

Thank you very much for reading and sorry for my bad English. This tactic worked great for my team, but if this tactic does not work for your team please do not blame me. In the end, your creative decisions should lead you to victory...
