A light skin taking a radical approach to the way Football Manager can be played. Overview pages have been overhauled with a sparse UI, prioritising key information and reducing clutter, whilst the new analytic stats added in this year's edition are given prominence on the player profile to help those who like to take a "Moneyball" approach to their careers.

@hiinschoi - you should be able to do that, although it's not something I've ever looked into, so not sure exactly what you need to change. I would recommend checking the files in panels/tactics folder on a skin that has it, and see if you can identify what is needed.

OMG this light skin is gorgeous. I would like to have player face in my tactics page, am i able to add it by myself?

@Alvios - I won't be adding the logo into the sidebar, but it's a pretty easy thing to do yourself. Just find a skin with the approach you like, and edit sidebar menu table.xml accordingly.

@PyraDrake - thank you for the kind words. I will add that I appreciate that darker interfaces are the trend at the moment, so it makes sense that a lot of players' set-up is going to be more conducive to such. It's just a shame that those that prefer a light skin are kind of given slim pickings by FM.

If anyone who is hoping for a dark version is for some reason lingering on this page without checking out the main skins page, a dark version is now available (link below). Support will not be as regular as for the light version, as I need to prioritise my time.

This skin made me love light mode again... the eyestrain is just a matter of turning down monitor brightness. So many people use max brightness it's not funny.

Also it's just a damned good skin.

@Ans22040 - delete the associated attribute files in the same folder. non player attributes panel.xml, non player attributes panel small.xml & non player attributes panel combined.xml

@Ans22040 - yep, that's deliberate. In line with the graphical attribute skin, each role is reduced to a singular value. If you want the regular approach, you can delete non player profile.xml and it will revert to the default attribute table.

I meant that you cannot see the attributes of the HoYD (i.e the Working with youngster's, and the Judging CA/PA.

@Ans22040 - oh, that's bizarre. It looks like you're playing in 1920x1080. When I replicate at the same resolution, this is what I get (the HoYD attribute isn't cut off): https://imgur.com/7rovqx4

That makes it difficult to test changes, so this might have to be a bit of trial and error, but try adding the following file to the panels/non_player folder. I've increased the size of the space for the attribute by 25%.

@Ans22040 - can you clarify what you mean by not being able to see staff attributes - maybe a screenshot? Attributes have been repurposed in line with the graphical approach (which is how the skin has been built), but attributes should still be visible.

I love this skin, it's close to perfect. While I do not mind there not being a dark version, you cannot see any staff's attributes so now I do not know whether my HoYD is up to scratch. If you can, please change this.

mass using a dark skin is just herd behavior, nothing more. lot of player use absolutely terrible skins with absolutely unreadable text on background. quantity never equal quality.

@Qu3rtin - Thank you for the kind words about the design. I completely appreciate that the majority of FM players prefer a dark skin. Those of us who prefer a light skin are underserved as a result, and I'm happy that I can help fill that specific gap and understand that this will have much less reach as a result.

I did explore background choices, but this causes issues with readability, and as you've discovered, in some areas I've had to define the background colour to be static to make things work.

I also have to be mindful of my own time. A dark version, means 2 more skins (graphical and numerical). That doubles the amount of time I have to support and maintain, and if I need to make changes/fix an issue it creates more complications because I have to consider how it will work in completely different colour settings. I currently have 740 hours in FM23, yet only 110 of them have been playing the game.

I hope you can understand my position.

Maybe a background choice? I think that a lot of players avoid this skin just because it's light, from what I know, a large majority of players like me and prefer dark skins, unfortunately, you often play for several hours a day and your eyes get much less tired.
Player profiles are shown very nicely, especially in the numeric version, for me it's a huge plus of this skin, I fell in love with it.
The house and 11 tabs to choose from are also very nice, as are social media and messages. It's nice that you can change the colors of the skin.
I even tried to upload the usual black background to the background folder but the background stays old, I also tried to reduce the brightness of the screen on the laptop, but after a few hours the eyes are still begging for mercy.
As for me the most beautiful and the best skin for FM23, but I have to stay with my old dark polish skin. But as soon as the dark version comes out or with other backgrounds to choose from, I will definitely come back here. Congratulations, great job.

Hay there this seems like a lovely skin. I've just started a save with it, so this may be why, but I can't get the player profiles to look the pictures above. Specifically, the Sadio Mane examples with the biography at the top. Any way to do this or does it just naturally change after something? Thanks.
