In the link is the league pack for all nations/federations in Asia. It also includes the continental competitions for AFC which are based on my solution for FM24 but with more accurate rules.
Currently only men's competitions are included.

This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for all member federations of the AFC.

Discussion: AFC Leagues for FM26 by MasterIgor v26.9 (men only)

I advanced my save to the pre-season of 2027/28, and the continental competition qualification looks incorrect compared to the real-life regulations.
Here are the results from the previous 2026/27 season in my save:
J1 League: 1st: Sanfrecce Hiroshima, 2nd: Machida Zelvia, 3rd: Vissel Kobe, 4th: Kashima Antlers, 5th: FC Tokyo
Emperor's Cup Winner: Tokushima Vortis
(Note: The 26/27 ACLE winner was Al-Ahli from Saudi Arabia, so the ACLE title holder spot did not affect the J-League slots).
What happened in the game (2027/28 season):
ACLE: Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Machida Zelvia, Vissel Kobe, Kashima Antlers, and Tokushima Vortis (5 teams total) qualified for ACLE.
ACL2: FC Tokyo (J1 5th) qualified for ACL2.
What it should be (Real-life regulations):
ACLE: J1 Top 3 teams (Hiroshima, Machida, Kobe) should enter ACLE.
ACL2: Emperor's Cup Winner (Tokushima) should enter ACL2. (J1 4th Kashima might enter the PO depending on the slots, but J1 5th FC Tokyo should definitely be out of the continental spots).
It looks like the qualification settings or priorities for ACLE and ACL2 might be inverted (swapped) in the editor for Japan. Because of this, lower-priority teams are being pulled into ACLE, and FC Tokyo was pushed down to ACL2.
Could you please check the continental qualification rules for Japan in the pre-game editor when you have time?
Thank you again for creating this awesome mod, and hope this report helps!
However, in my save this does not happen. For two seasons in a row, the same teams qualified for the playoff stage, regardless of the final league phase table. Because of that, I am quite sure the playoff stage is using some kind of fixed team pool instead of taking the teams dynamically from positions 3rd to 14th.
Another clue is that the playoff bracket seems to be generated immediately when the competition is created, not after the league phase is completed.
I checked the file in the pre-game editor, but I could not identify the exact issue. The rules appear correct both in the league stage and in the playoff stage, so maybe there is a hidden/fixed participating teams list or another setting overriding the qualification rules.

If you are going to create or organize it, I can help you with the format and qualification system. One important thing is to make sure the qualification spots are handled properly and do not conflict with the AFC competitions, because every country has different AFC qualification slots.
For example, in the Saudi league, after the AFC Elite expansion, the teams finishing from 1st to 5th qualify for the AFC Elite, while the 6th-placed team qualifies for AFC Two. That means the two Saudi clubs qualifying for the Gulf Champions League should be the teams finishing in 7th and 8th place. The same system should be applied to every Gulf nation based on their AFC allocations, since the qualification rules are not the same for every country.
If you want AFC Cups without the Saudi Cup Winner, use the special file. The link is at the bottom of the description (above).
