Try to get Defenders with high passing skill (Laporte, De Ligt, Van Dijk etc.) depending on your budget.
I suggest you two great IFs (example Neymar - Messi world class or young players such Sancho, Martins, even Pepè). This is your highest priority.
At least one tall Midfielder (high priority) but the three of them with 14+ passing skill and ball control.
