3 strikers upfront could involve any combinations of Alexis, Martial, Rashford, Lingard or even Lukaku and Mata as two wide strikers will act as advanced forwards while the central striker will be more of a false 9 so he can drop deeper and make killer passes to the other 2 advanced forwards. I'd usually put Martial and Rashford as the advanced forwards as both are quick of the mark and have either Alexis or Lingard as central options. Mata may be used as an attacking mid if both Alexis and Lingard are unavailable or as a sub in central position. Lukaku would serve as a good sub for either of the strikers upfront.
In the midfield 3 top choices are Pogba, Matic and Herrera. Matic serves as the best central mid as he can hold his position and play from deep positions while laying of passes to Pogba and Herrera who push further upwards.
The defence can have various combinations but I'd prefer having the combo of Shaw, Lindelof, Bailly, Young.
And no guesses for GK as the king Dave is the no1, no2, no3 choice.
Discussion: Ole's Man Utd FM19 Tactic

Secondly, a False nine is not a must as I have mentioned in the description you can make it to an AM as Utd have players like Mata and Jesse that can operate in that position.
I see that you use 2 BBM, what if I changed one of them into DLP or AP? Will the tactics still work fine?
Second, is false 9 a must? Can I change it into CF, TM ?? or maybe changed it into AMC with AP or AM role?
Thanks for answering
