go to OPZ Elite 2022 (or Blackout) \panels\team
delete honours info panel.xml
The reason I use this is because it is similar to the competition schedule.

Maybe it's because the screen resolution you're using is too big.

I get a different warning, that I included below. I am wondering if Microsoft is just acting weird considering they have given us two different warnings. I have downloaded the file several times and still get the same warning, I have not got your warning.
Ubuntu (virtual machine) also refuses to extract it.

Knowing this I would advise anyone from using this skin. This has been a part of the skin for years and you can consider your system compromised if you have downloaded it. Take the necessary precautions to be safe. Use alternative skins. You cannot guarantee that the author of this skin will remove it, and instead could try and edit it so it is not as easily detected. I am not accusing them of willing fully distributing it, but this skin is compromised whether they were aware or not.
