Edit: This problem only occurs on normal blackout. I switched to blackout 2k and its ok. Not tested mini version, but, the default one is ok too
Try choosing the view detail as a fitness.
after match not sure but I think it can't be selected as %.

One small question, how can i replace in the scout card panel the analyse attributes, with the pro cons.
I personally think the pro cons a much more importent for my decison for signing a new player.
