Santa Clara Fixed (Database Errors in Official Game)

This update corrects the errors officially left by the Portuguese Research in the Santa Clara club.

The update fixes the following things:

- Santa Clara's debt

- Overall balance increased due to recent sales.

- Percentage of sale of Lincoln that was incorrect.

- Andrei Chindriş's potential is very low, even though he is one of Romania's promising players

- Departure of the Sport Director.
