Replicating Maurizio Sarri's 4-3-3 at Napoli

My attempt at replicating one of the most aesthetically pleasing footballing sides in European football at the moment!

Player roles:

These roles are how I see them, it's obviously up for debate, some might argue that Hamsik is more of a proper CM as opposed to AP, some may argue that Callejon would be more suited to an IF, but for me this best replicates how Napoli play under Sarri.

Team instructions

Just like the player roles, people will argue with certain instructions but I tried to balance what Napoli do in real life & what works on FM17. I don't believe Napoli try to work the ball into the box, however I was finding in some games I'd end up with 40 shots, about 7 on target and it was quite frustrating how wasteful we were.

Opposition instructions

Closing down is a given, however I altered the rest of them as I feel like it will help us defensively & we already concede a good few amount of goals anyways.

So, would I recommend this tactic? Yeah I would in all honesty, I feel like you could definitely get success with it provided you had the correct players to get the most out of it. Micro managing is essential too, if you're 2-1 up away from home with 10 minutes to go, shut up shop!
