Some time ago I made the decision to undertake this project with great enthusiasm in order to improve the gameplay and the order of football manager games. I have in mind to continue with this idea, so it would be an honor for me to hear more team ideas to do more similar challenges

Mapei Stadium - Città del Tricolore
Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore is a multi-purpose stadium in Reggio Emilia, Italy. It is currently the home ground of U.S. Sassuolo of Serie A and A.C. Reggiana of Serie C. The stadium holds 21,525 and was built in 1995, replacing the Stadio Mirabello.

Objecives

The main objective will be to take advantage of the decline of a team in the Italian Big Six and become part of it, such as in the Season 19/20, Lazio failed to enter the big six, that is where Atalanta took advantage of its decline, it entered and from that moment it did not leave the Italian top 6 again and to be fixed in continental competitions, it is there where you should take advantage as manager of the Sassuolo to make yourself a place among the greats

Another key objective will always be to aspire to win, play entertaining football, even with the greatest, that is why it is key that your manager's style is mental, always show determination and from day 1 show your players who is boss.

Make your house respect for each game you lose at home it will be 1 million less that you can use in the transfer market.

Unless in your 4th season qualify for the champions league if after four years you have not gone to the champions you must win the Italian Cup it will be your only salvation.

Rules

A fundamental rule in this challenge will be to sign only players who have Desire to succeed, that is, we can only record players with >13 of Determination.

Invest wisely buy if you need it and sell if you have looked and analyzed a replacement either in the Market or in the quarry.

Do not insist on your players, you can only make 2 renewal offers if the player in question rejects both, let him go or in the case in which they ask you to leave, do not get in the way, even if he is the mvp of the team.

You must sell to all those teams that are in champions until you can enter the same competition.

Record only when a player is scouted 100% by your scouting group.
