Hey, this is the first tactic I have ever submitted to the site. I have developed this tactic over several Football Manager games, and now with the new player role Raumdeuter I feel it is complete. This tactic have been very successfull for me in FM15.

I have used this tactic with AFC Ajax, Manchester United and Real Madrid.

The formation is a standard 4-2-3-1 Wide with Control and Fluid set as mentality and team shape.
This is a very common formation, and one of my personal favorites. My chosen player roles are what makes this tactic so successfull. The tactic will allow your attacking players allot of room to play in, you will score ALLOT of goals and keep a solid defense. Although, I will recommend focusing on defense on the training ground.

Over the years Football Manager have included player roles to the formations, and over the years I've experienced that your tactic and style of play depend more and more on these roles. So when I choose where my players will play, I look for the player who fits my player roles the best.
