I used it with many teams successfully, but my favorite would be Peterborough. I ended up breaking all league one records with it.

I use no Opposition instructions, because they tend to disrupt the team shape, and two pivot midfield. Training schedule in preseason i use First tw season Fitness Very High, and after that until september i use match tactics and team cohesion combined. Individual training i use for them is positions and roles they play in. Best regards.
