Home tactic 4-2-3-1
Away tactic 4-1-4-1
Both are structured control tactics that ask from the players to use low tempo, high pressing, retain possession, shorter passing, work ball into box and be disciplined.

Opposition instructions are very important!! Do not miss them. They are doing specific pressure on the opponent.
4-2-3-1 need some changes during matches. You can change instructions depend on what is happening or which is your opponent. Example: Against park the bus teams you can start without retrain possession and Attacking, not control. Don't rush the team to play fast. Only if you are losing and you need goals. Don't touch pass into space. The formation is not made for passing into space. Most of the times you will have player 10 meters away of the ball searching for a pass. Depending on player quality you can change roles and made the tactic more stable in build up.
4-1-4-1 is the away and more defensive version obviously. Again changing roles is possible.
The tactics are very complex. You will need some time to perfect it, specific players are needed especially for defensive part of the game!!!
4-2-3-1 need deep-lying playmaker with very good defensive qualities, e.g. Matic of course. But it is difficult to find players like him and you will suffer. He is the main Ball winning player before the defensive line so you need to invest there or to make some simple changes on role, or role duties. You can change wing back to be full back or CAM to be one idea more defensive with specific tight marking.
I can not do a full review because it will cost me a lot of time because the complex of the systems and it will be difficult to explain only in words. I need some videos or stuff to show how it works so if you have QUESTION IN THE COMMENTS. I AM HERE FOR YOU!

Если ты понимаешь по русски то отпиши по русски - а то гугл переводчик коверкает. Не понял я что за инструкции прессинга и где их ставить.
