I have edited Zaïre to create the Republic Of Biafra.
The history of Zaïre has not been deleted.

The people for the Nigearian South-East have declared their region independent.

19 football clubs from this region + Warri Wolves Football Club from the Nigerian Delta Sate broke away
from the Nigerian FA and started up their own Football League + Cups.

But it seems only to work for the Premier Cup winner ans loser.

The national team does plays the Qualiying Rounds for the Africa Cup Of Nations and World Cup.

Money is added of the spot they are finished in the league , aslo money for a win/tie and loss.
Money is added of for winner and loser of every cup round.

How to install this league expansion in Football Manager 2017:

Extract the contents of the downloaded .rar file using a free tool such as 7-zip or The Unarchiver.

Move the extracted .fmf file to the following location:
Users\name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\editor data

Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist.

Open FM 2017 and start a new save-game with the databases of your choice selected.
It's highly recommended to disable "Do not Add Key Staff" and enable "Add Players to Playable Teams" in advanced options.
Best start the competition on the 1st of July 2016 or the FM will not load the U21/U18 competitions.

A tested game is available in this file.

Run Football Manager 2017 and go to Preferences > Interface:
Hit the Clear Cache button. Return to this screen.
Enable Reload Skin when confirming changes in preferences.
