Other notes for this database:

- Celtic and Rangers are part of the Premier League
- To accommodate this, the two teams with the lowest reputation have been moved into the division below
- Both Celtic and Rangers will participate in the Scottish League Cup in the first season then English Cup competitions thereafter.
