CONCACAF Leagues by MasterIgor v1.1

Update 1.1 to my CONCACAF nations based on real life formats.

- I fixed Apertura & Clausura rankings, history and board expectations. Records however are stored together in one entry (I could not find where to split those as well).
- Sometimes I needed a league stage as first stage or FM would not allow to select teams from all groups at the start. I marked these stages as "classification group". These will not have any rankings but are seen in the game, so if you see them, just ignore them, they don't do anything
- I totally re-did Mexico Serie A & B (3rd and 4th tier) because I discovered a rare mistake (call it B team promotion/relegation hell). Should be fixed now.
