Football Manager 2023 Tactics - MY ULTIMATE 4231 V.2 FM23 Tactics! (Winter Update)

So after many requests on an updated go to 4231 tactic. I have finally got around to recording a video and posting it for you guys.

All of this tactic was made live from scratch on my livestream My Twitch

This tactic managed to turn Bologna into Serie A champions all within 3 seasons, and also got the following results with these sides.

@Taktichar I never usually even read these comments. I pay way more attention to my youtube, twitch, twitter etc. People who actually take time to watch the video and hear what I have to say. Not having a pop mate, just saying how it is. Dont like my tactics? Fine by me mate, lots of other talented creators or make some its really fun

I have hubtested your last 3 tactics Josh - Love you to bits, but none of them tested well at all! This one was shocking. I just got beaten 8-1 at home to west Ham (playing as man utd).
