Josè Luis Mendilibar's Olympiakos 24-25 DOUBLE WINNING

JOSE' LUIS MENDILIBAR'S OLYMPIAKOS 4-2-3-1 EMULATION IN FOOTBALL MANAGER 2024

Hi guys
this time I emulated Mendilibar's tactic in Football Manager 2024. It's a high pressing intensive tactic with a compact defense sitting down in a mid-block with a much higher defensive line , but sometimes, especially against stronger teams, Mendilibar wants his team to press higher. There is no tiki-taka, no overthinking, system, positional play etc etc, only a plain and simple playing style: direct passes, vertical passes even from the goalkeeper and the two central defenders, fast progression forward, a lot of crosses, two defensive pivots and one in attack, a pressing forward who guides the pressing line and links the play.
With this tactic I won the Greek Super League and the Greek Cup but got knocked out in Uefa Conference League Semi-final by Chelsea.
Even if Olympiakos usually sits down in a mid-block when defending, especially against stronger teams Mendilibar likes pressing higher.

So I created another version of the tactic with the only difference is the line of engagement is higher instead of a mid-block, all other settings are the same
