In the video you will also find how to emulate the 3-4-1-2 version, the tactic Gasperini used when Retegui was not available for a injury. In this case, Lookman and De Keteleare move forward to play as strikers and Pasalic (or Samardzic) plays as attacking midfielder behind them.
