It is more advanced update from my last 433 tactics but the nature of the league 343 was working better.
It could be easly transfer to 433 DM (HB or DM) and drop WB do defense.
In lower league I would go with standard passing and weaker teams with balance mentality against stronger opponents.
I have changed mentality to balance when play in Copa Italia against Parma and Milan. I spuriously won both matches.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PLAYERS WILL GET FAMILIAR WITH THE TACTIC. IT TAKES TIME. Usually two month if you use pre season friendlies as well.

I am posting a screenshot of few games played with this formation in my Sampdoria save. No transfers done only few players sold unwanted mostly. This formation is the bomb !

@Parisian I have tested knap tactics and his results are random as well. In some simulations you win 8-0 with Sunderland, Spurs 3-0 in 3rd round of a cup and in next rounds you loose 2-1 with Burtion Albion and 1-0 with Millwall.
I still believe that holiday testing doesn't provide enough consistency to draw conclusions that something is working as it seems.
This is the reason why I play test and holiday to give a wider perspective. That still doesn't mean that it work for everyone.
The better the players the better execution.
I hope someone will create an addon soon to reduce the injuries prevalence or it will be address in new update.
You could reduce training intensity on your saves for the injury issue.
I have run around 50 test recently and so far it is hard to get consistency testing in Germany. The new ME might be more consistent that the previous version.
I was surprise with ManC consistency sim 1 and 2 but 3 and 4 show different results. I decided to test with Spurs and they were more consistent. I will try run more testes in free time to see how well does it work across the same teams.
I will exclude cups as this is a "luck" (home matches give you advantages and cups in England you play only match. You can get lucky and draw 2 league or you get top in third round. There are a lot of injuries problem within the game so that could interfere with the results.
I'm playing my Talavera save and got 5 first team players injured and one is on international duty. I have only youth to cover but they are below minimum standard. I had to make a temporary switch to 433.
