OVERVIEW
OverviewThis 4-2-3-1 attacking system, inspired by principles commonly associated with modern high-intensity and structured attacking football, focuses on aggressive forward movement, sustained attacking pressure, and strong positioning in the final third while maintaining balance behind the ball.
Across testing, the tactic produced consistently strong attacking returns, averaging around 4 goals per game at peak performance, while also delivering highly successful team results over full-season campaigns.
Key Features
Clear attacking structure
Consistent goal creation
Compact defensive support from the double pivot
Strong presence in and around the final third
Designed to perform across multiple squad qualities

Testing Methodology
Testing was carried out using a 70/30 split between holiday and manual play. The majority of league fixtures were holidayed for consistency, while cup matches and key league games were played manually.
Set pieces and training were handled in the same way as in my long-term livestream saves, with no testing-specific optimisation.
A rotation of three closely related variants was used throughout the season. These were small tweaks of the base tactic designed to suit different game states and opposition approaches, reflecting realistic long-term save usage rather than reliance on a single static setup.
FINAL NOTES
I’m Josh Daly, a full-time Football Manager content creator, working with the game on a daily basis. Because this is my full-time role, I spend 12–14 hours a day on Football Manager across testing, livestream saves, tactical development, and content production.
I have 40,000+ YouTube subscribers, have worked on the FMScout YouTube channel for over two years, and currently support a community of 7,000+ Patreon members — the largest Patreon page dedicated to Football Manager content. This demonstrates the loyalty and trust people have in my work.
The tactics I share here are built and tested using the same approach I apply to my long-term saves and live content, not one-off simulations.
I’m proud of the community around my work and the level of discussion it creates, and I’m always open to constructive feedback and genuine tactical debate.

@lucas1684: By low effort, do you mean he's not actively responding to comments here?
@Van Mond: I'm back from my break (of actively monitoring and engaging here) and willing to take action to rectify the situation.
@Lautarik: I can understand the overpromising issue (of the catchy titles), but your game crashing because of tactic files is impossible.
@Tikitaka Master: We've exchanged messages before, you probably know how much I care and try to help whenever I can, and that I'm open to suggestions. Post your suggestions in the forum thread I linked or in a private message.
@luk4sh31: Any reasonable requests will be considered. I'm open to finding solutions.
@TheAvenger2101: How is he cheating? A claim like that needs proof.
@docco74: What do you mean by outdated match engine?
@Hellstorm77: I'm open to suggestions.
@MrLarnz: Everyone is allowed to share their tactics with the same rules. We never had 20 or 30 tactics per day by a single user.
I'd also like to point out that many of his recreations seemed questionable. This is easy to understand when you try to play for your favorite team and see that everything is completely different, and you realize that in reality, the players were playing in a different role.
But that's not all. A few games ago, I downloaded all the tactics from this site that were uploaded by active authors. And his tactics, which were simply sitting in a folder and not even used, crashed the game several times, as they caused my game to crash. I had to reinstall everything, including the graphics, and clear the cache. And the error repeated several times if I downloaded and launched the game again. After that, the only solution was to delete the entire mods folder and clear the cache. And even then, the folder would only be deleted after rebooting the PC.
Overall, I think this author's criticism is deserved.
Magicomonta is great, I watch his channel since 3 years he is Italian like myself so of course it's easier for me to understand his analysis of each manager, and he does that very well. I was inspired by him to open a channel and do tactical emulations at first. GYRFM does great tactics every time he posts, and I agree that swagata is not having the recognition he deserves like also RDF tactics, he posted a lot here before but it has been a long time I don't see his tactics here. And I like also FM Treq (Trequinho) tactics too. I know this forum since long time as a source to download tactics, databases, skins and other contents for a game I have been playing since 2006 (before I played CM, PC calcio and scudetto) and started posting my tactics only since 2 years but now it's game over.
It's frustrating to see that his tactics are always in the top three tactics you see in the tactics part of this site, you see only 3 tactics in the homepage and one of them is always his,
I’m still surprised that, after all the conversations we’ve had about the quality of his work, people keep downloading this stuff. Meanwhile, others who actually put in real effort don’t get any recognition.
I have to say, Swagata is taking things to an extreme level, and yet he’s not recognized enough. GYRFM (his tactics got recognition, Tejash is the best _ the same save over and over with Arsenal), Magicomonta and anybody else who is not posting every day and put an effort.
yes that's what I decided to do too, I will not post anymore here, only download contents that I need. I don't want to be associated with this
