To validate new accounts that still don't see the new server, if you get the confirmation email with a link like this:

fmscout.com/users.php?m=register&a=validate&v=XXX
write manually on the browser this
70.85.25.226/~fmscout/users.php?m=register&a=validate&v=XXX

where XXX is a strange and long code

I've seen too many inactive users for one, so I have activated them manually, informing the users one by one via email. So, if you are experiencing this problem, rest assured it won't last long.
