Hi everyone,
This is my Three Lions Attacking 4-1-2-3 tactic, which I have used in my career save, whilst managing England.

I have been unbeaten in my 2022 World Cup Qualifying campaign, with a 100% win ratio, scoring an impressive 35 in my 8 qualifying games so far.

It is a very attacking and fluid formation best used in games you are expected to win, it relies on pacy wide players and fullbacks, ball playing center backs and a mix of creativity and steel in midfield, with a potent goalscoring striker.

GK - Pretty standard but my choice from three or four goalkeepers in my england team has been Jack Butland.

RB - Attack - My choice for the right back slot has been a 50/50 pick between Kyle Walker and Nathaniel Clyne.

BPD - Defend - My preferred choice for these two spots has been John Stones and Michael Keane, both with high composure, passing and decision making stats.

LB - Attack - Some choice in this position and I'd say starting out in the game your main two choices would be Luke Shaw or Danny Rose, but Ben Chilwell has come into his own here by 2021.

DM - Anchor - Two words, Eric Dier, enough said.

RCM - Deep lying playmaker - Support - Jordan Henderson has been a mainstay in this position but the likes of Will Hughes, James Ward-Prowse, Lewis Cook have also performed with ease in this role.

LCM - Advanced Playmaker - Attack- This is where I'd have my main goalscoring/creative midfielder, so for me it is usually between Dele Alli and Ross Barkley, but you could also use Lallana earlier on in the game, The Ox has also played centrally here and performed well.

RW - Winger - Support - Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been my main man in this position chipping in with a deadly amount of assists as well as a few goals, here would be where I'd pick a pacey winger with good crossing stats, Demarai Gray, Raheem Sterling and Reiss Nelson have all performed very well here.

LW - Inside Forward - Attack - Marcus Rashford has provided me plenty of goals from this position, sneaking in for a few tap ins at the back post as well as a few mazy solo goals, but honorable mentions must also go to Ben Woodburn and Danny Welbeck. This is a position almost designed for a wide poacher, a pacy striker equally adept and playing wide left of the attacking trio of forwards.

CF- Complete Forward - Attack - Harry Kane has been my obvious choice to be the main focal point of not only the attack but the team as a whole, this relies on a well rounded forward, with good finishing, heading, strength and pace. Harry has been my main man here but Welbz and a few regen strikers have done the business for me here also.

There you have it! I hope you enjoy as much success with this formation as I have so far, and if you have any tweaks you can suggest please leave a comment! Cheers and Come on England!
