Due to the available Squad it ended up with a 3-5-2 (3-2-2-1-2) tactic based on Vertical Tiki-Taka with a lot of direct passing.
In the first Season I won the League (unbeaten), Euro League and German Cup.
Now in my Second Season I had already won the League and reached semi Final of German Cup and Champions League.

In the first Season I tried different roles in Attack and midfield. In the second I switched the roles as I had other players available.
So i play now with an AF and PF and DLP and B2B Midfielders.
The Tactic is very intense, especially for the Wing-Backs. So you need to make sure you have a few of them.
Personally I had 5 WBs. Some of them where able to play on both sides or at CD so nobody was unhappy.
The WBs played as CWBs with Attacking role are probably the most important players in the LineUp. They run a lot and score and assist for a lots of goals.
Make sure you have good CWBs and rotate them as soon as they get tired.
I personally don't pick players if Fitness is under 93%.
Defenders should be fast with good passing. As the Defensive Line is pretty high and playing on Offside.
The results where sensational. I had a lot high wins (7-1 against Bayern for example)

The Value of the players exploded after the first season and all the Silverware.
So I sold a lot of players for really good money I think.

For me it's a great tactic if you had the right WingBacks. And the Board is more than happy with my work.

Had a bit of a rollercoaster start to the season with this tactic - beating good teams and losing to teams we should of easily beaten.
Did my best to keep the teams morale as high as possible throughout the season, knowing I needed a couple seasons to develop the youth, to avoid a sack in my first season.
Wasn't until the final third of the season where my team started gelling and playing much better in the tactic worked our way outside of Euro qualifications while being projected to finish 12th.
I did have to turn off the Get Stuck In advice since we would have 10+ fouls and yellow cards across the board before the 20 min mark in almost every game.
The author is correct though, you MUST have good wing backs and depth at the position to perform this tactic well.
Cheers and thank you for the submission!
