4-4-2 System Makrakis

In this system the two wingers and the strikers pressure the opponent. The midfilelders hold their position as the defenders. In some situations the fullbacks go to the offense. With moderate players Sheffeld United was promoted every year to Premier league from npower league 1. Now with some better Greek players and young loaned English talents, Sheff Utd in the 3rd year in Premier league(5 total from league 1) finished up in 4th place. I'm on the 4th year and I'm sure that if you use this system with good players f.e Verratti, Nainggolan, Manolas, A. Papadopoulos, Sanogo, Fierro, Tsontakis, Wallace, Fleck, L. Fer you will win the championship or you will be in the top positions(1,2,3).

Important player attributes by position

• In this system the players must be fast especially the wingers and the fullbacks.
• The center backs hold their position and they go to offense on at Set Piece.
• One of the two center midfielders (the one that has a defensive role) must be tall with good marking and moderate pass. The other creative center midfielder has to have good passing, moderate marking and strength higher than 10.
• The strikers, the poacher has to be fast, finishing, agility, acceleration and flair. The target man has to have good pass, finishing, strength and must be tall.

Also I have set-up Set Pieces. Usually I get more than 20 goals a season from corners.

With much better players I had won 4 continuous Champions League with Olympiakos before 2017. With bigger teams I have really good possession and plenty of goals at home matches. Also at away matches you can have good possession with good players.
