I have recently taken over Football Manager 2024 and here is my latest tactic that I am sharing with you.

To be honest, you will need very specific players for this tactic to reveal its full potential.

The flankers and wingers are inside players; as you know, the left flanker will have to be right footed and vice versa, the same applies to wingers.

You can also train your players in new positions, which takes a bit of time unfortunately.

The libero has to be able to go up the middle and be a bit technical to create extra space without losing the ball.
