I'll split the list in two parts, one with potential wonderkids or near-wonderkids, and another one with all the rest. The first part includes players up to the age of 20 and the second part includes players over the age of 20 and up to the age of 34.
Please note that the listed players have been spotted while playing on the preview build of FM 2011 which is using an unfinished database, and they could obviously have different abilities on the final retail version.
According to the following list, which represents potentially the best Portuguese players in Football Manager 2011, Portugal seems to be low in quality goalkeepers, and mostly in strikers.
