Carrer Stats for my False Attacker:

I built my tactics with RIO AVE:
From a team that was in the lower part of the table, I managed to build a solid mid-table team that plays in the conference league and competes on equal terms, reaching the semifinals and quarterfinals.
In the league, it was a stable and solid performance.
The entire team consisted mostly of homegrown players, random newgens, whom I managed to acquire for free because I had no transfer budget.
I joined Bayern out of curiosity to test the tactics with a stronger team.
In the debut '59/'60 season, I won:
Champions League
Bundesliga
UEFA SuperCup
60/'61:
Franz Beckenbauer Supercup
FIFA Club World Cup
Bundesliga
DFB Pokal
61/'62:
FIFA Club World Cup - runner-up
Franz Beckenbauer Supercup
Bundesliga
DFB Pokal
Champions League
62/'63 - still playing season
UEFA SuperCup
Franz Beckenbauer Supercup
I must emphasize that I attach great importance to the coaching staff, and in every team I manage, I strive to have the best staff in the entire league. I believe that the people I work with should be the best possible.
As for the tactics themselves:
This is a stable 4231 formation, which is based on offensive counterpressing. The key players here are the attacking players, as they represent the team's strength and average goals per game triple. The false striker complements the striker very well, creating a lethal duo. They are complemented by a drop-in striker on both wings.
I had a major problem achieving defensive stability, and I still think it could be better, but at the moment I haven't found the perfect solution.
The entire defense is relatively stable, as we have the immense support of two central midfielders off the ball, who cover the gaps and provide tremendous support for the defenders.
Feel free guys to comment and give some advices. Its my first tactic in Football Manager since FM2007 so
