Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio

The San Marino League is fully represented, with a structure that authentically mirrors the European places playoff system. The league winner secures the top European qualification spot, while teams finishing from 2nd to 11th compete in a playoff cup to determine the remaining European places.
Squad registration rules have been designed to reflect those found in comparable leagues around the world, aiming for a high level of realism. The competition calendar is also closely aligned with real-world scheduling, including the addition of a winter break (an element often absent from other San Marino databases).
The only notable departure from reality is a slightly more flexible transfer window system, allowing for greater freedom in player movement.
Coppa Titano

The Coppa Titano, San Marino's domestic cup competition, is fully represented with fixtures scheduled as closely as possible to their real-life counterparts. Unlike some databases that incorrectly include the San Marino Academy, this version follows the authentic structure.
The tournament features 15 clubs, with 14 entering in the First Round, while the reigning Coppa Titano holders receive a bye directly to the Quarter Finals.
Super Coppa Sammarinese

The Super Coppa Sammarinese, San Marino's Super Cup, is contested between the league champions and the winners of the Coppa Titano. While the 2025 edition is unusually scheduled for December, this database instead aligns the fixture with its traditional timing in previous seasons; Late August, just a few days before the start of the campaign.
Calcio Sammarinese del Futuro

The Calcio Sammarinese del Futuro is a brand-new, fully fictional competition designed to enhance youth development in San Marino, and represents the most significant creative addition within the database.
All matches are played at the Stadio Nazionale del Futuro, a purpose-built fictional venue intended for U21 and U19 international fixtures. The competition introduces a highly innovative format within Football Manager (one that has only emerged in recent years and, to the best of my knowledge, has not previously been utilised in custom databases or by Sports Interactive in this way).
Five new clubs compete exclusively in this tournament (Team Alpha, Team Beta, Team Gamma, Team Delta, and Team Epsilon): These are configured as shared youth clubs, each representing three of the 15 San Marino clubs (excluding San Marino Academy). Each affiliated club can contribute up to nine youth players, who then develop throughout the season in the 60 development matches which run from late July to early June.
