Bag a Goal 4-1-2-3 Possession

Playing as an underdog in the lower leagues I wanted to make a tactic using player-roles suited for the players available, and my current tactic is working wonders.

Playing four at the back with attacking wing-backs, a defensive midfielder supporting the two central midfielders and three strikers where two of them almost works as wingers.

Scoring lots of goals from crosses made by the advanced forwards and wing-backs I've managed to get three promotions in four seasons while always being predicted last.



It's not water-proof, and you will loose games, but so far I've over-achieved with every team tried so far.
