I did this tactic because I found myself having a couple of market opportunities. I had too many offensive midfielders. So I tried to do a similar tactic to another one found here years ago.
My goals, ball possession, short team, fast transitions. I tried this tactic with Inter with whom I'm already in the 4th league. I used Zion 4-2-3-1 first.
To achieve my goals I set AML and AMR with support tasks, an AMCR with attack tasks and an AMCL with support tasks. The action starts from the GK that passes it to the DC and develops for the center and is DL / DR to have to open the game with the help of AML / AMR that remain wide.
I use two teams: A and B. The two teams play alternating games (one match A, the other B). However, team A always plays the most imposing matches.
In the pre-season I dispute a dozen friendly matches, 45 minutes for team A and 45 minutes for team B.
Team A:

Team B:

The preparation of the game I leave the coach in second, the speeches to the team I imposed them, the markings imposed on me. I did not change the training, I was just careful that every column would have at least 4 stars.
The ranking of the series A:

The last matches.

These are the characteristics of the roles:
GK: sweeper keeper / attack, short passing
DCL / DCR: mark tighter, set
DL / DR: mark tighter, cross from end-line
MC: defend, direct pass, mark tighter
AML / AMR: less cross, inside movement, mark tighter, lot dribbling, direct pass
AMCR: Attacking, less shot, lot dribbling, mark tighter, tacking risk
AMCL: mark tighter, support, tacking risk, less shot, mark tighter
Central tip: tacking risk, attacking.
