RAUZ 4-1-4-1 Unreal FM19 Tactic

Accomplishments

Man United - 4 Seasons - Won league all 4 seasons, two FA cups, been in 3 CHL Finales and won one of them. (Lost the other two against Liverpool, real fm style)
Real Sociedad - 1 Season - Finished 2nd place two or three behind Athletico Madrid.
Atalanta - 3 Seasons - Won the league first season, won the tripple second season(everything you can win Italy), won Supercup, won the league UNBEATEN in the third season.

I myself have only been playing two seasons with RB Leipzig so far and currently playing the third.
3 Seasons - Won the league the first two seasons and currently sitting on that sweet first place being unbeaten in the season with 9 games left (10 with including DFB and maybe more since I'm in the QTR finales), won the Euro cup first season and lost 3-1 against PSG in the Semi-Finale in the CHL second season, unfortunately my I lost in the CHL first knockout round against Tottenham this (3rd) season



So all in all this tactic is really good, there are some screenshots of my RBL career, unfortunately I do not have screens from my friend's career.

Tips

No OI and let your Assistent Manager take care of the training as well.

Using a Lower Defensive Line in the "Out of Possession" tab under Tactics can be needed with some teams, I haven't had a need for it with Leipzig but my friend did in his Real Sociedad and Atalanta career. Mine is at Standard which is also used in the tactic uploaded.

For staff responsibilities put your Assistant Manager to take care of the general training.
