yeah, I hope we can finish in the right place this season, although it could be tricky. We are helped by the likes of Liverpool, Man City and Tottenham struggling early, but they will be hard to keep down. Thanks for the comment.

This is also my 400th post on this great website, So it was great timing really.

Well done.

• We suffered our second loss of the league season, losing 2-0 to Manchester United
• The rest of the month we were unbeaten in the league, with one of our wins being over Arsenal, where we trailed by one goal at half time (See match of the month)
• 8 goals scored, 3 goals conceded
• A loss on penalties to Newcastle saw us drop out of the League Cup in the fourth round, meaning we met board expectations for the competition
• At the end of October we sit in 3rd place, 1 point behind Everton and 6 points behind Manchester United, with us trailing both teams on GD.

Amazing win over Arsenal, and even apart from that, very consistent. Good work
