That striker is quality! Use him wisely...I'd say poacher with his pace no? ;)
Still time to develop which is good too!
Oh, and very good start, well done!
Jack:It was a very pleasing start to my rein as manager. Adeji is all mine I’m afraid!

Neal:The win against Schalke definitely stands out but the rest of the month went according to plan too.

AaronHJFT96:He is definitely being used as a poacher which is my preferred role for my strikers. Plenty of time to develop and with the amount of game time he is getting, this should definitely happen quite rapidly.

September: Against Old Friends...

The Champions League journey is already underway with us having played two games in the competition in the month of September. As the title suggests and the screenshot of the games played, you can see that I have the opportunity to face my former employees, Newcastle United. This is a strange opportunity for me but one I intend to relish in. My journey in the Champions League with Newcastle was a difficult one with it ending at the group stage. Despite this disappointment we did go on to win the Europa League, which will have been a contributing factor to me getting the job at FC Bayern München. At United, we just weren’t quite ready to compete against Europe’s elite clubs and I feel that we were still two or three seasons away from getting through to the knockout stages and beyond. However, now I am at FC Bayern München, I have a great opportunity to show the footballing world that I can guide a team to success Europe’s top competition.

The match against AS Monaco FC was a total shambles from start to finish. Admittedly I set the team out wrong with the formation I chose (4-1-4-1, counter attacking) inviting the opposition to attack a goal which they did gratefully. I was stumped by the time it reached 3-1 and I had no idea how to get my side back into the game. I had never been in this position before at any of my former clubs so it was a brand new experience for me and one I intend to learn from. The only approach I had was damage control and hope that Monaco didn’t inflict too much pain on us, which they thankfully didn’t despite having the quality to do so. It was vital that we made a better impression on the competition in a second game, which we did at the expense of Newcastle. It was a very confident performance with a number of the younger players being given the opportunity to show off their potential. Mathias Strehmel (19, centre back) helped himself to a brace of headers from corners which showed the extra work in training had paid off. My player of the month from August helped himself to a goal with Jack Grealish stepping up once again and showing Newcastle what a mistake it was to let him go. It was great to have the chance to play against them and I am ashamed to admit it but I did quite enjoy beating them so convincingly.

The matches in the Bundesliga went according to play with us again showing that we are capable of outscoring any opponent. The match against Paderborn stands out, not just because of the final result, but because each of the scorers was a different player. Agustin Allione, this months player of the month, helped himself to a late goal and played a part in most of the others. Despite getting on in playing age terms, our captain David Alaba stepped up and confidently slotted away a penalty in the final moments showing that he can still be relied upon. The results achieved so far have shown already that it could be an exciting season for FC Bayern München and a season that could be the ultimate making of me as a manager.

Player of the Month – Agustin Allione

Woah! Allione looks quality! :O
Fantastic month too, bar that 4-1 loss to Monaco :s
Very good start in the league so far, but that loss against Monaco must've been hard to watch!
Augustin Allione looks incredible! Good month, too!
Agustin Allione looks like an great player! Tough to lose against Monaco, but you learned a tactical lesson, and you regained quite a bit of pride with those wins against Paderborn and especially against Newcastle!
AaronHJFT96:Allione is definitely on course to be the player of the season if he carries on with his great form. The loss against Monaco was frustrating but I'm glad we put it behind us.

ASR-PSV:It was hard to watch but it was great to get back to normality afterwards.

Walter:He is a fantastic player. Lets hope he can stay away from injuries as he is going to be an important player for us.

Neal:I definitely underestimated Monaco which will not be happening again. The win against Newcastle was great and finished off a great month in style.

October: Winning Streak...

Could the title race be over already? Despite being October, you couldn’t blame me for thinking that we have already got one hand at least on the league trophy, could you? Through our excellent performances so far, we have managed to build up a ten point lead and we don’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. The match against Hannover was just a perfect attacking performance, which was then somehow outdone when it came to the Champions League game against Videoton. We possess so many players that have the ability to score a goal. Jack Grealish has not taken long whatsoever to settle into the club with him having scored four goals in ten appearances, two assists and an average rating of 7.24. Having access to the better facilities and coaching staff will be doing him the world of good and his attributes are continuing to increase. Other youngsters in the squad such as player of the month Jurgen Klein have very bright futures. Klein has put in some great performances this month with him having helped himself to three goals over the course of this month. He still has a lot to learn and will benefit from playing with players such as Thiago and and Toni Kroos who are still coming in and putting in a shift.

It has been reassuring to see the lads shutting up shop more often and we have definitely plugged the leak at the back. Our defenders have really stepped up their game recently with them forming a good understanding and managing to anticipate any attacks that come their way. Unfortunately for the defenders at the club, I have still not decided on a preferred back four with them all being given game time to try and prove that they deserve a starting place on a regular basis. The only player who I want to be playing all the time is Mathias Strehmel who is a 19 year old centre back who will be a permanent first team member for years to come. He already has an average rating of 7.95, which is one of the highest in the league. He is one of the many players who have rised through the ranks at FC Bayern München and is a product of the academy. He is an excellent player whose attributes are continuously rising due to him playing a part in every game so far. I am considering having Javi Martinez as a mentor to him as he is an excellent player with a lot of experience which could rub off on Strehmel. Having a combination of youngsters and experienced players such as David Alaba, Philipp Lahm and Javi Martinez will help to continue the success we have already have this season and help us get two hands on the league trophy and possibly Champions League silverware.

Player of the Month – Jurgen Klein

Goal flurry! :P
I know it's only Videoton, but to come back so strong from such a hard loss the way you have is brilliant! Well done.
Awesome month, well done scoring so many goals!! Can we see a screenshot of Strehmel? :)
AaronHJFT96:A goal flurry will become a theme for the next few updates. Videton were never going to stand a chance and I agree that it is great to see the team do so well after the hammering we suffered against Monaco.

Neal:A great month :) In three updates time there will be a screenshot of Strehmel as he was my player of the month - you ok to wait until then?
I guess I can :P

November: Reasoning...

I felt that it was important to explain my decision to become the manager of FC Bayern München instead of Borussia Dortmund, which seemed to be the preferred option for some of the readers when I shared my dilemma. So, why did I join FC Bayern München?

The club is in a current state of development as most clubs are but I feel that this is on a bigger scale. At present moment the club still have a number of legendary players under contract; Thomas Muller, David Alaba, Thiago, Manuel Neuer, Toni Kroos, Javi Martinez and Philipp Lahm are still plying their trade at FC Bayern München. They are true legends of the club and have been a big part of the clubs recent success with them having put an end to Dortmund’s rein in the Bundesliga. Instead FC Bayern München have retained their throne in German football and have won the league for the past five seasons. The defence has been kept solid with the integral parts being formed by Neuer, Alaba and Lahm, whereas the attacking side have been created by Thiago, Kroos and Muller. I must admit I was over the moon when I saw that they were still at the club. It is an exciting time at the club with these players still at the top of their game and youngsters breaking through and learning from them.

I have always wanted to be involved in the full rebuild of a club and this is an opportunity I would have at FC Bayern München. It is a process that I have already looked to start with these legends of the club will not being around for much longer with a number of them either coming to the end of their contract or their careers. Muller, Lahm and Martinez have been told that their contracts will not be renewed and have been set to be released come the end of the season. Thiago become disgruntled when he wasn’t given chance to speak to Arsenal and has really kicked up a fuss. Therefore, when it comes to the end of the season I will be looking to move him on with Arsenal I’m sure willing to pay a decent fee. David Alaba isn’t getting any younger and a number of clubs are interested in giving him the chance to see his career out with them. At the minute, Manchester City and Arsenal are willing to pay his valuation of £17.75 million which will be clear profit as the club never paid anything to obtain his services; it is a pretty much done deal with one of these clubs. Neuer contract is still due to run for another season and I will allow him to see it out but I won’t be triggering an extension for another season. He will be great to have around the club to tutor any young keeper I bring into the club.

With all of these legends leaving the club in the not too distant future it gives me the chance to turn FC Bayern München into the club I want them to be. There are so many youngsters coming through the ranks and with the outstanding facilities that are at the club, the future is very bright. I think if I had taken the job at Dortmund I would have become a success but it would have taken a lot longer to achieve. They do possess a number of great players but the transfer budget was only £12.75 million which would have made the task even more difficult. At FC Bayern München I have been given a budget close to £200 million which makes the future a lot easier to develop the way I want it to go. Having the legends I have mentioned still at the club for the coming season will make it a bit easier to settle in and will pretty much secure another league title before the big rebuild begins.

Player of the Month – Christos Mantalos

I like the reasoning of joining Bayern, but what's your reasoning behind the month's results?! Stumbling, my friend ;)
