Racing Set To Sign Wonderkids
Racing have confirmed that both
Fede Cartabia and
Marko Pavlovski are set to join the club. With promotion to the
Liga BBVA on the horizon, preparations for
Spain’s top league have already been made, with both players set to join the club tomorrow, on deadline-day.
Many
Racing fans will be familiar with
Cartabia, after
Raul had made the winger an important target last summer. But,
Valencia were recluctant to sell, leaving
Raul frustrated with his attempts. According to close sources within
Racing, when
Raul was told about the opportunity to sign
Cartabia,
Raul quickly called the winger, and reached a verbal agreement.
Federico Cartabia signed for
Valencia on a free transfer when he was 17 years old, where he would later join their ‘B’ side, whose name is
Valencia Mestalla. With
Valencia Mestalla, he made an impressive 97 appearances, almost reaching the 100 appearances landmark, an impressive feat for such a young player. On 97 appearances,
Federico Cartabia scored 20 times, while assisting another 14 times. With his switch to
Racing now looking imminent, the 22 year-old
Argentinian winger will be looking to aid to
Racing’s promotion back to the
Liga BBVA.

Racing-Bound: The youngster will be earning £2,000 per week at El Sardinero.
Many eyebrows were rasied when
Serbian wonder-kid,
Marko Pavlovski, was announced that he would replace the departed
Macauley Chrisantus.
Pavlovski was signed for a measly
£70,000 fee, which has infuriated
Beograd fans, after
Pavlovski was seen as a major figure in their play and future. But, with his contract running up in the summer, the fans will be happy to see the club earn some money.
On his
Racing move,
Pavlovski said,”
