I have to agree that you need to invest in the future. You have great quality that will last a few more seasons so look for regens that will develop when your current stars retire!

Great story so far, Lewandowski, Ronaldo & Bale in the seem team is ridiculous! I think you are doing the right thing by just concentrating on the first team for your first couple of seasons, once you've won a couple of trophies and your job is reasonably stable you can think about the youth setup!

2015 - January
Results:
Celta 6-0 W - With Casillas has suffering a horrible injury and will be missing for three months, lets hope Diego Lopez can fulfill his boots! Ronaldo was in top form for this game scoring a wonderful hat-trick. The other three goals came from Pepe with a brace and one from Marcelo. Can not judge Lopez because of them having just the one shot on target all game!
Sevilla 2-2 D - In the Spanish Cup fifth round, Nacho and Morata gave us a two goal lead, in despite of this, Sevilla came back to draw the game. Therefore, in the home tie we need to improve but we do have two away goals.
Osasuna 5-2 W - With them scoring early on, we had to make a comeback in this game and Lamela scoring a beautiful hat trick we certainly did that! Pepe also scored a hat trick however, I guess only two of the goals counted with the other being an own goal!
Sevilla 3-0 W (5-2) W - In the second leg of the Spanish Cup fifth round, I decided to give Stegen his debut and give Sanabria a chance. Goals from Varane, Di Maria and Isco fired us to the quarter finals against Malaga. Stegen played well on his debut, saving the two shots they had.
Athletico 3-3 D - A poor performance by some of our players in this game meant we drawed. Stegen was poor, Varane made a mistake and Ronaldo looked very out of sorts. Isco scored very early however it 3-1 to them at half time, Alonso and Lewandowski got us a draw. Athletico are trailing us in second so I would like to have won however, a draw is an okay result. To make matters worse, Alonso got red carded in the 90th minute.
Malaga 2-2 D - In the first leg of the Spanish Cup quarter final, Stegen had yet again, another poor performance. Furthermore, Morata did not finish at all which meant we had to scrap a draw thanks to Ramos and Pepe.
Valencia 1-1 D - With Stegen recently being poor, Diego Lopez came back into the side. We had a total of 26 shots, 14 on target, they had 4 shots with one hitting the target. This is when this game is so frustrating! The goal was scored by Isco. As well as this, Pepe got sent off in the 50th minute.
Malaga 1-2 W (3-4) W - Finally... a win! After three draws Lewandoswki fired us into the semi finals with a brace. Next stop, Athletico Madrid!
Overview:
With drawing four out of the eight games we played this month, I guess this would have to be the worst month of results yet. This may be because of Stegen still settling in clearly, lack of goals, tiredness within the squad, injuries and suspensions or maybe just a bit of bad luck. Whatever the problem is, I hope it gets sorted! Ter Stegen hasn't been impressive, I think I will stick to Diego Lopez for a while.
Player of the Month: Sergio Ramos
The team has been a bit poor this month and just not that great in general. Ramos stood out at being consistent and perhaps some of the draws this month could of turned to losses without him.
2015 - February
Results:
Zaragoza 2-6 W - A smashing win with the goals coming from Ramos, Sahin, Di Maria, Ronaldo and a brace from man of the match Markovic.
Athletico 0-1 L - This was the first leg of the Spanish Cup semi final, having Barca in just a few days I had to play a weaker side than I would of liked to have done. The attacking players poor and despite probably deserving to win the game, we did not. Sahin got a red card and to make matters incredibly worse, Diego Lopez will be out for a week and will miss both the Barca game and the second leg of the semi final.
Barcelona 2-0 W -We needed to win this game to stay in the title race and we did exactly that! We really did dominate and only two goals is actually a bit disappointing! Pepe scored and Ronaldo converted a penalty kick. Stegen actually played alright too. Title race is open folks!
Athletico 1-3 W (2-3) W - We needed to make a big comeback in this game, scoring at least two goals. Well Lewandowski scored early on and it looked like it was going to extra time until they scored a goal out of no where in the 80th minute. I went overload and with just a few minutes left Ronaldo converted a penalty. Then in extra time Marcelo sealed the win. Markovic will be out for a month though. Our opponents in the final will be the one and only, Barcelona!
Deportivo 3-0 W - At half time, we had over twenty shots and they just had one but not one goal was scored! Eventually, Pepe, Varane and Modric scored. Also, this must have the been the most one sided game I have ever had! We had 42 shots, 21 on target, 67% possession. Compared to their 3 shots, not one on target and 33% possession!
Marseille 0-0 D - Diego Lopez made his return in this game. Despite dominating and dominating, we didn't manage to score. The second leg is now a must win.
Mallorca 1-1 D - A disappointing performance by everyone, just Alonso converting the penalty was the only occurrence of scoring for us.
Overview:
A bit of a mix in the results department, we are playing a lot of the games and players are tired. I am perhaps hoping this is why some are in poor form. Ronaldo has played so many games, I never drop him however, he is not creating or scoring at all. I mix attempt to make a few changes here and there. The month did have very good results though including making a comeback to get to the final of the Spanish Cup and beating Barca to spark up the title race!
Player of the Month: Pepe
He has played on low fitness like a lot of the players but he still performs at a very high level.
great month there, unlucky against atletico, but you gott revenge later on and beat barca!:D well done!
2015 - March
Results:
Granada 0-1 W - Ronaldo is now out of the team, he has been playing terrible. Team does look a bit different to be honest! Only Pepe scored today furthermore, Sanabria came on to for about ten minutes to make his league debut.
Almeria 6-1 W - A goal blitz occurred in this game with the goals coming from Morata, Digne, Di Maria, Ramos and two from Pepe. However, the man of the match was not a goal scorer, it was Sahin who incredibly assisted five of the goals.
Marseille 1-0 W - After playing so well in the last game I didn't want to make any changes. However Ronaldo made his return after being dropped. This was also a must win game. The finishing was poor in this game, only Morata scored and it was just the one goal despite having many shots. Like most, Ronaldo did not impress.
Never the less, we are through to the quarter final!Getafe 2-4 W - RONALDO SPARKS THE COMEBACK HIMSELF! We was two goals down after just twenty minutes but, Ronaldo got it back on level terms just before half time. Later on he scored to finish his hat trick and to give us the lead. Morata later added another.
Levante 0-3 W - Casillas is back, hopefully he gets back to his best too. Lewandowski scored a wonderful hat trick in this game, dropping someone for a few games seems to certainly get them back into form, just like Ronaldo, Lewandowski has come back!
Champions League Quarter Finals:
Opinion: Well they was in our group, we beat them 4-0 at home then lost 2-0 away. So I guess a repeat of those results would be fine. They will be a tough team but im sure we will get through.
Overview:
A very good month, straight wins with no points dropped. I am hoping that players returning to top form stay there. Ronaldo and Lewandowski really where getting shocking match ratings but they seem fine now.
Player of the month: Raphael Varane
He hasn't stood out like he normally does recently cause of the goalscoring stopped. However, his defending side of the game shows how good he is. His average ratings are always so high!
Great story man. Looking forward to seeing how the season ends.

2015 - April
Results:
Sevilla 4-2 W - With them beating us earlier on in the season in the league, we went into this game looking for revenge! We certainly done that with Pepe, Modric, Markovic and Ronaldo scoring.
Dortmund 4-1 W - Khedira made his long awaited return in the first leg of the Champions League quarter final. I played all the players in this game and it fulled off massively! Khedira scored on his first game back, man of the match Alonso got another for us, Pepe scored shortly after. Then Ronaldo added the fourth late on.
Rayo 4-1 W - I decided to rest some of my players in this game, players like Sanabria got a chance to feature. We played well with Lamela, Di Maria (2) and Ronaldo scoring. Furthermore, Sanabria assisted a goal.
Dortmund 0-0 D (4-1) W - A simple draw got us through to the Semi Finals where we will play Chelsea.
Real Sociedad 3-1 W - Dropping players for a few games really does get them back to top form. Bale scored and created two goals in this game. The other two goals came from Pepe and Varane.
Espanyol 0-4 W - A nice win which involved Pepe scoring a brace and Di Maria and Isco scoring.
Athletic 0-1 W - Despite dominating from start to finish, it was a bit of a scrappy win with just Lewandowski scoring.
Chelsea 1-3 L - Casillas suffered just a minor injury however he misses this game. So Diego Lopez was called up. I played the strongest team I could of for the game obviously. A draw would of been a more of a fair result in the game, it was very even between the two of us, they scored two late goals which hurt us. This leaves us with a slim chance of getting to the final.
Overview:
Well the league is pretty much won now, Barcelona have not been great recently and well, we have!
The Chelsea game was frustrating because they scored late and I wouldn't of minded a draw. Now we have to score at least three goals to go through.Player of the Month: Marcelo
He performs at a very high standard every game and is just so key to us.

(Champions League Semi Final Leg 2)
Elche 1-0 W - I rested many players to prepare for the away visit to Chelsea. We played fairly well with Ramos scoring the only goal. They got relegated after the game.
We also won the League! Honeslty, I didn't know I could have.
Celta 3-2 L - A bit of a weird result. We was 3 goals down by half time with some bad defending and goalkeeping. Sanabria scored his first league goal and then Sahin added another however. Despite hitting the woodwork three times in total, we could not get some sort of result.
(Spanish Cup Final)
Osasuna 3-2 L - Oh dear. Not too sure what is happening. Ronaldo got us 2-0 at half time however, they came back and won. Ronaldo also hit the bar and missed a penalty to complete his hat trick. Perhaps we are just getting unlucky.
Malaga 1-1 D - Only Lamela scored in this game. Another fairly weak performance.

Overview:
Results have been very poor for the last few games, keep in mind I rested players so they would be able to play in the big games. Also, I have noticed that Casillas has been doing very poorly. Anyways, after the next update (Finals) I will be doing an end of season review.
