Let's get on with the games.
- GOAL! - 2 (p) - Todor Nedelev - 1.FC Kaiserslautern 0-1 1.FSV Mainz 05
Goal for Mainz! A great start, they take an early lead! It's a penalty, Julian Koch gave it to Kampl and the ref saw a foul by Ofori, personally I'm not sure, but Nedelev tucks it in.
- GOAL! - 10 - Holger Badstuber - Eintracht Frankfurt 0-1 FC Bayern Munchen
Bayern Munich lead here in Frankfurt! The defence will have some questions to answer and the keeper, Kevin Trapp, will be asking them. Thiago's free kick, header by Kadlec, and Trapp makes a wonderful save, but the defence just watches and let's Badstuber nod in the rebound. Die Bayern in front.
- GOAL! - 12 -Holger Badstuber - Eintracht Fraknfurt 0-2 FC Bayern Munchen
BADSTUBER GETS HIS SECOND! EXTRAORDINARY! Just two minutes later! And would you believe it, it's a free kick from the centre back! Not even smashed it, but beautifully curled it right past Kevin Trapp.
- GOAL! - 16 - Marvin Pourie - Eintracht Frankfurt 1-2
Frankfurt haven't taken too long to respond here! They've pulled one back, through Marvin Pourie, on the counter attack, Bayern just couldn't stop them. It's Chandler who has it first, intercepting a poor pass, gives it to Aigner, he runs through them all and sets up Pourie, who beats Neuer to the ball. They have a lifeline here.
Own Goal! - 16 - Daniel Royer - 1.FC Kaiserslautern 1-1 1.FSV Mainz 05
Ahhh, own goal! It's Royer, the new signing from FK Austria, who's turned it in, I have absolutely no idea what he was doing! The corner comes in from Borysiuk and under no pressure, he smashes it in with a bullet header. Definitely a freak goal, you can be sure that match fixing allegations will be doing the rounds on the internet.
- GOAL! - 22 - Daniel Royer - 1.FC Kaiserslautern 1-2 1.FSV Mainz 05
Never mind those allegations. Royer puts one in at the right end, and it's a great goal too! Got the ball in a position to cross, but cut inside, beat two men, and fired in from an angle.

Eintracht Frankfurt 1-2 FC Bayern Munchen
- GOAL! - 50 - Nikolce Noveski - 1.FC Kaiserslautern 1-3 1.FSV Mainz 05
Royer got a header earlier at the wrong end, but this time it's a goal from a Mainz player that will count for Mainz and it's another header! He lost his marker, got in front of the keeper, and nodded in. 3-1.
- GOAL! - 60 - Martin Lanig - Eintracht Frankfurt 2-2 FC Bayern Munchen
WOW! WOW! Hahaha! Frankfurt level! Martin Lanig! It's 2-2! No one saw this coming, 2-2, Lanig the scorer, he received the ball from Norman Theuerkauf, blasted it in at the near post, Neuer hadn't a prayer.
- GOAL! - Ádám Szalai - 62 - Schalke 04 1-0 Hertha BSC
Ooh, slack defending from Die Alte Dame and they've been punished, it's Szalai! Schalke lead at the Veltins Arena, through the Hungarian Szalai, no one seemed too bothered by his presence and
Aogo didn't have any trouble picking him out, he didn't have any trouble picking out the back of the net.
- GOAL! - Klaas Jan Huntellar - 66 - Schalke 04 2-0 Hertha BSC
Well, we have another goal here! The Hunter just does not miss! Another good move by Die Konigsblauen, Aogo with another assist, as Dutchman Huntelaar rose to head in his cross at the near post.
- GOAL! - 73 - Jakub Swierczok - 1.FC Kaiserslautern 2-3 1.FSV Mainz 05
Kaiserslautern may just be back in this one. It's 3-2 to Mainz now, Die Roten having pulled one back through Swierczok. He had a sniff of goal beforehand, but looked out wide and saw Gaus in a better position, and he beat his man before putting it on a plate for the 21 year old Pole, Swierczok.

Let's see what happens in extra time of these two games: Frankfurt vs Bayern, and Hannover vs Braunschweig.
- Red Card! - 96 - Jerome Boateng - Eintracht Frankfurt 2-2 FC Bayern Munchen
Oh! A red card for FC Bayern, and it's for Jerome Boateng, a key player! He's off, his second booking, this one for clattering into Timothy Chandler, his first came after 70 minutes for stopping Frankfurt's Ramos illegally, though it looked like a dive and Bayern are now feeling the consequences of the referee's decision.
- Red Card! - 110 - Johannes Flum - Eintracht Frankfurt 2-2 FC Bayern Munchen
You'd have thought that after Boateng's sending off Frankfurt wouldn't want to go down to 10 themselves, but Johannes Flum has got his second yellow. Needless really, he gave the ball away and Muller tried to run past him, but he stuck out a leg, and has been shown a red by the ref.
The two games will go to penalties. Bayern vs Frankfurt will be first, as the Hannover vs Braunschweig game is running slightly behind.
- GOAL! - Alex Meier - Eintracht Frankfurt 1-0 FC Bayern Munchen
Alexander Meier to take the first penalty kick for Frankfurt. Up he steps, goal! Right in the corner beneath Neuer's outstretched arms.
- GOAL! - Thomas Muller - Eintracht Frankfurt 1-1 FC Bayern Munchen
And Bayern's first penalty kick will be taken by Muller, the German. He's had a good game today, and he SCORES! In the bottom right corner.
- GOAL! - Norman Theuerkauf - Eintracht Frankfurt 2-1 FC Bayern Munchen
And now it's Frankfurt's second penalty, the man from Nordhausen, Norman Theuerkauf, bought last year from Eintracht Braunschweig, he will take, and he will... score! Neuer could only get a hand to it, a great powerful penalty even if it was very close to the keeper, he nearly stopped it.
- GOAL! - Thiago - Eintracht Frankfurt 2-2 FC Bayern Munchen
It's the Spanish midfielder Thiago who will take next for Bayern. He takes his run up, and it's in! 2-2 in the shootout, he smashed it past Trapp!
- GOAL! - Adrian Ramos - Eintracht Frankfurt 3-2 FC Bayern Munchen
Adrian Ramos is next for Frankfurt. GOAL! STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE! Neuer should've kept that one out.
- GOAL! - Vaclav Kadlec - Eintracht Frankfurt 3-3 FC Bayern Munchen
Vaclav Kadlec to take for FC Bayern, we've not seen a miss yet... and we've not seen a miss here, Kadlec sends Trapp the wrong way.
- GOAL! - Marvin Pourié - Eintracht Frankfurt 4-3 FC Bayern Munchen
Pourié to take. He scored earlier in the game, from open play. And in the shoot out, Pourié... scores! Blazed home and still no misses.
- MISS! - Arjen Robben - Eintracht Frankfurt 4-3 FC Bayern Munchen
And now it's Arjen Robben, without doubt one of the best players in the world. Trapp stares him in the eye, Robben steps up, saved! Trapp guessed correctly and tipped it past the post!
- GOAL! - Bastian Oczipka - Eintracht Frankfurt 5-3 FC Bayern Munchen
This one penalty can win it for Frankfurt. No pressure, then, Oczipka, he looks calm, AND IT'S A CALM FINISH! PLACED INTO THE CORNER AND THAT WINS IT!
And now for the Hannover vs Eintracht Braunschweig shootout.
- GOAL! - Timo Perthel - Hannover 96n 0-1 Eintracht Braunschweig
It's Timo Perthel, Braunschweig's regular taker, who will begin the shootout. Here he comes, GOAL! Sent the keeper the wrong way, he wouldn't have got there anyway.
- GOAL! - Szabolc Huszti - Hannover 96 1-1 Eintracht Braunschweig
Huszti will take for Hannover. Here he comes, Huszti, scores! Davari should've stopped it but it's 1-1.
- GOAL! - Ciro Capuano - Hannover 96 1-2 Eintracht Braunschweig
It's the left back, Ciro Capuano, characteristically he has been booked to day, he is going to take the penalty, keeper couldn't get there!
- GOAL! - Sascha Riether - Hannover 96 2-2 Eintracht Braunschweig
Well, Braunschweig's left back took their's, Hannover's right back, Sascha Riether, will take theirs! He fires it past Davari, good penalty, still yet to see a miss.
- GOAL! - Torsten Oerhl - Hannover 96 2-3 Eintracht Braunschweig
Torsten Oerhl will take the 3rd penalty. STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE! Zieler was fooled!
- GOAL! - Leon Andreasen - Hannover 96 3-3 Eintracht Braunschweig
Andreasen, the Dane, is next up for Hannover. He hits it... into the corner! Past Davari, he hadn't a hope of saving it. Great penalty!
- GOAL! - Damir Vrancic - Hannover 96 3-4 Eintracht Braunschweig
So, Vrancic, the Bosnian, is next. Damir Vrancic. Here he goes, what a penalty! Blasted into the top corner by Vrancic, Zieler knew where he was going but no one could've kept that one out!
- MISS! - Kostas Fortounis - Hannover 96 3-4 Eintracht Braunschweig
Kostas Fortounis, the new signing. He's just 21, there's a lot of pressure on him, and he shoots, saved! Davari saw it coming! He went for the middle, Davari didn't need to move a muscle and stopped it.
- GOAL! - Dennis Kruppke - Hannover 96 3-4 Eintracht Braunschweig
It's the captain's responsibility, to take Braunschweig through to the next round. Dennis Kruppke can win it with this one, and HE HAS! TOP CORNER! NO CHANCE FOR ZIELER! BRAUNSCHWEIG WIN ON PENALTIES!
